Azizi Riviera — Delayed with quality issues

Bought in Azizi Riviera Phase 2 in 2018 with promised handover of Q4 2020. Still not handed over in 2024 — that's 3+ years of delay. Oqood registration was done but DLD quarterly reports have been inconsistent. Customer service is difficult to reach.

Pros: Good location, affordable price point, registered with DLDCons: Massive delivery delay (3+ years), poor communication, inconsistent DLD reporting
