Outstanding quality and on-time delivery

Bought a 2BR in Address Residences Dubai Opera. Handover was actually 6 weeks ahead of schedule which was a pleasant surprise. The build quality is exceptional — marble finishes, top-of-the-line kitchen appliances, and flawless fit and finish. Snagging was minimal with only 3 minor items that were resolved within 48 hours. The RERA processes were smooth and the title deed was issued quickly.

Emaar Beachfront — Premium experience from purchase to today

Invested in Emaar Beachfront in 2021. Oqood registration was done within 2 weeks of payment. RERA compliance is exemplary — escrow account is well-managed and quarterly progress updates are sent regularly. Slightly behind schedule but with clear communication and valid reasons.
