DAMAC Hills 2 — Good overall but some delays

Bought a 4BR townhouse in DAMAC Hills 2. The project has been delayed by about 8 months from original handover date. Communication could be better but when you do reach someone they are helpful. The build quality preview from show units looks excellent.
